At Velos Constructions, we work with architects who understand the spirit of these islands, not only their regulations. We choose materials that belong to the landscape. Stone, marble, wood and lime plaster. Materials that age honestly and grow more beautiful with time.

Before you build, what you need to know.

With a conversation. Tell us what you are imagining: a plot, a residence, or simply the feeling that it may be time to begin.

Timelines depend on the size of the residence, the complexity of the design and the permitting phase. Once we understand the project, we can give you a realistic schedule and keep you updated throughout.

Every new construction project requires a building permit from the local planning authority. This involves architectural and engineering studies, documentation and formal approval. We coordinate the process on your behalf and keep you informed as it moves forward.

Not necessarily. Many owners are based abroad or visit the islands only at certain times of the year. We provide updates, site photography and project oversight, so you can follow progress even when you are not here.

The relationship does not end at handover. As a local team, we remain available for support long after the keys have changed hands.

Much of our work comes through personal referrals, from previous owners, architects and people who know our team. We are happy to share more about our experience and the way we work.
